You may need a system plan/blueprint or a visit to your facility by a representative of the program. We can arrange for supplier visits and product demonstrations to provide complete information. You will get the approved products at the most competitive prices through this program. You can place your order by phone, mail, or fax. An authorized dealer signature is required on orders of $5,000 or more. If you fill out a preprinted order form, fax or mail your form (photo copies accepted), reflecting information as requested on our order form. Remember to fill out the form as completely as possible!
All products are sold F.O.B. shipping point.

Equipment and Systems Planning

NOTE: Orders totaling more than $5,000 must be accompanied by a signed purchase order or a signed General Motors Dealer Equipment Order Form.
If long-term financing is required for an equipment purchase, financing options can be arranged.
- Long Term 12, 24, 36-month ($5,000 min.)
- 100% of purchase price may be financed including freight and installation. (Installation cannot exceed 5% of purchase price up to $100,000.)

** If you find a lower price on an identical product (same brand, same model and same warranty), General Motors Dealer Equipment Program will credit the dealer the difference. Verifiable written proof of a lower price is required at the time of purchase, or within 30 days after purchase. Either a quotation or advertisement would be adequate. This policy does not apply to prices of inventory liquidators, going out of business sales, discontinued model numbers, used equipment or demos, internet pricing, offers affiliated with dealer cooperative or buying groups or offers through tire/oil distributors. Prices resulting from trade-in allowance, manufacturer’s rebate or prices including special items such as installation or delivery are also excluded. General Motors Dealer Equipment Program reserves the right to eliminate any other promotional incentives when price matching is requested (ie: free equipment offers or special rate financing plans).
